Novel in a month!!

So I signed up to this novel in a month project with one of the English teachers at my school, and at the beginning we had to sign a contract saying that if we do not finish our set amount of words then we will be ridiculed and mocked my family and fellow students. My word goal for the month of November, which is all the time we have to complete it is 7,000 words. I wanted a challenge and thought that this would be a good goal to set because it will force my mind to think of things that will go along in a story together. This will be longer than ANYTHING I have ever written before but with much perseverance and praying I believe I can finish it!

My story for the project is about a mid-teen girl (i have not picked a certain age because it has not been relevant) named Melodia, whose mother was just diagnose with cancer. Melodia starts having a lot of problems at this time because she feels that if her mother dies there will be no reason for her to live as well. However Melodia realizes after some tome of following her wrong path that she wants to be happy again and be able to spend her mother last days on Earth (if her mother happens to die like she thinks) loving her and caring for her. So Melodia finds a psychologist and without telling her mother about the doctor starts and continues to see her on a regular basis. Melodia is just about to break free of her troubles when BAM! she sees what she had been emptying her sick messed up thoughts onto, then like magic Melodia finds herself right back where she started, alone, sad, and wanting to break free again.
